Job Summary

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive who has good experience in converting potential leads into clients and can provide end-to-end services to our clients as per requirements.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills. Having prior experience in the finance sector (investment and wealth management) is an added bonus.

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Must have a Graduation degree (preferably MBA, CFA, CFP)
• Excellent communication skills (English speaking skills are a bonus)
• Amicable personality with a passion for sales and marketing
• Should have experience using applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
• Should be comfortable with operating regular computer applications like email software, CRM software, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for converting potential leads into clients
• Responsible for understanding the financial goal of a particular client and providing various financial services/products as required
• Need to review a client’s portfolio regularly and follow up with them on any changes and requirements
• Responsible for maintaining regular interaction with our existing clients and building a strong relationship with them
• Need to take end-to-end responsibility for all kinds of requirements for a client and ensure their lifelong benefits
