We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to support our business expansion by generating leads, managing customer interactions, and assisting the sales team in driving revenue growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and confident Telesales Executive responsible for convert leads into sales, customer follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication. The candidate will play a key role in identifying potential customers, handling inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product and company information
• Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Develop and maintain healthy customer relationships for repeat business opportunities
• Generate daily call reports and maintain proper records of leads and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of customer requirements
• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner
• Support sales and marketing activities to increase business opportunities
• Achieve assigned calling and lead generation targets

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling/CRM software
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in Telesales, closing sales.
• Experience in the steel, construction, manufacturing, or industrial sector will be an added advantage
