Admission Counsellor

Role Summary:

An Admission Counselor guides prospective students through the enrollment process, provides program information, and ensures a smooth admission experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

Assist with application forms, document verification, and admission procedures.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins.

Maintain student records and follow up on pending applications.

Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs and school visits.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Persuasive and empathetic approach

Good organizational and follow-up ability

Basic computer and MS Office proficiency

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
