Position: Billing Engineer

Experience: 5–15 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Location: Kolkata - Head Office

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Client RA Bills and Final Bills.
• Process and verify Contractor RA Bills and Final Bills.
• Verify quantities, BOQ, and measurement sheets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for bill certification and payment follow-up.
• Prepare quantity reconciliation, variation statements, and billing MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and maintain billing documentation.
• Support project cash flow through timely billing and payment realization.

Requirements:

• 5–15 years of experience in Railway & Metro Railway Projects.
• Hands-on experience in Client Billing and Contractor Billing.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity reconciliation, RA Bills, and Final Bills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (Farvision preferred).
• Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
