Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
Achieve sales targets for financial or service products offered by the branch.
Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and service requests.
Cross-sell and up-sell products such as loans, insurance, or other financial services.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the system regularly.
Support daily branch operations and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Follow up with customers for service feedback and relationship management.
