Job Description

* Identify clients’ insurance needs through meetings or consultations

* Explain different insurance products and coverage options clearly

* Recommend suitable policies based on clients’ financial situation and goals

* Assist clients in completing insurance applications and documentation

* Maintain and update client records

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

* Provide after-sales support, including policy renewals and claims assistance

* Stay updated on insurance laws, policies, and market trends
