We are a well-established, 14-year-old multi-cuisine restaurant in Agartala, Tripura, known for delivering high-quality and authentic dishes across a variety of cuisines. We are expanding our team and looking for skilled and dedicated professionals to join us.


1. Multi-Cuisine Cook / Chef


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes across Indian, Mughlai, Tandoor, Chinese, and Fast Food menus.
  • Maintain consistency, taste, presentation, and quality standards.
  • Plan and prepare daily operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen helpers and management for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and handle kitchen equipment efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in any of the above cuisines (multi-skill preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian, Mughlai gravies, Tandoor items, Chinese wok handling, and basic fast food preparation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
  • Team player with positive attitude and good communication skills.


2---Kitchen Helper / Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs in preparation of vegetables, ingredients, and mise-en-place.

  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Support in basic cooking tasks when required.
  • Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked items.
  • Follow hygiene and safety guidelines strictly.

Requirements:

  • Prior kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
