• Compensation & Salary StructureFreshers: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 / month (Fixed Salary + Incentives)
• Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month (Fixed Salary, excluding incentives)
• Key Responsibilities: Conduct long- and short-term market research surveys with international clients.
• Secure and schedule appointments accurately for the sales pipeline.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive tone during outbound UK calls.
• Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear articulation and good listening skills are a must).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in an international outbound BPO process is a major plus, but motivated freshers are highly encouraged to apply!
