Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support / Technical Support Executives to manage inbound calls related to warranty services for home appliance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and assisting with basic troubleshooting to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to home appliance warranty support

• Provide clear, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer queries

• Perform basic troubleshooting and guide customers through solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria

• Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of customer service and technical support processes

• Ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently

• Candidates must be available for immediate joining

Qualification & Compensation

• Undergraduates: ₹12,000 per month

• Graduates: ₹12,300 per month

Work Location & Schedule

• Sakrail: Sunday fixed off | Open to male and female candidates

• Minto Park: Rotational week off | Female candidates only

• Kalighat: Sunday fixed off | Female candidates only

Additional Information

• Prior experience in customer or technical support is preferred but not mandatory

• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

• Only local candidates will be considered

• This position is offered under the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)

• Candidates with existing PF/UAN are not eligible

• Selection process includes a virtual screening round followed by a face-to-face interview

• This is a direct hiring opportunity with a manufacturing company (not a BPO/KPO role)
