Job Description

We are hiring Digital Marketing Executives with strong knowledge of social media marketing. The role focuses on increasing online visibility, growing and maintaining followers, improving engagement, and driving organic growth across international markets, especially the USA.

Roles and Responsibilities

Role Focus

• Social Media Management, SEO and Digital Marketing
• Brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement

Core Responsibilities

• Increase brand visibility across digital & social platforms
• Grow followers organically
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, Discord, Twitch, TikTok
• Create, schedule, and publish SEO-friendly content
• Write captions, hashtags, keywords, and CTAs
• Plan reels, shorts, videos, carousels, stories, and campaigns
• Engage with audience via comments, DMs, polls, and stories
• Improve reach, impressions, engagement, and profile visits
• Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal links)
• Conduct keyword research and content optimization
• Support blog SEO and landing page optimization
• Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights
• Track and report growth, engagement, traffic, and leads
• Assist with paid social media promotions
• Coordinate with design, content, sales, and tech teams
• Stay updated with SEO & social media algorithm changes

Required Qualifications

• MBA/BBA or similar business major in Marketing
• Digital Marketing specialization or focus
• Diploma / Certification in Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of SEO & social media marketing
• Good understanding of keywords, hashtags & analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Social media-savvy and creative

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Salary Credit: 1st of every month
