Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads for MBBS admission counseling campaigns.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase webinar and seminar registrations.
- Monitor ad performance, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Handle online reputation management including Google reviews, social media engagement, and brand presence.
- Create audience targeting strategies, remarketing campaigns, and lead nurturing funnels.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to improve lead conversion quality.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and suggest growth strategies.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, Meta policies, and Google Ads updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns and conversion tracking.
- Basic understanding of SEO, landing pages.
