Job Overview: We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PPC strategies, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) Perform keyword research (Broad, Phrase & Exact Match) Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA & conversions Use ad extensions (Sitelinks, Callouts, etc.) effectively Manage budgets and improve Quality Score Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages Track performance using Google Analytics & conversion tracking Generate reports and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Required Skills:

2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (PPC) Strong knowledge of campaign structure & bidding strategies Understanding of Quality Score, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics Experience with Google Analytics & Tag Manager Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and reporting skill
