Job Description
Counsel students and parents regarding admission processes and course options (India & Abroad).
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
Provide accurate information about colleges, eligibility, and documentation.
Maintain and update student records in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission targets and support team goals.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in education counselling/sales is a plus.
