Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business leads in the textile, garment, and apparel sectors across India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including exporters, factories, and retailers.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through cold calling, site visits, and negotiations.
  • Prepare quotes, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery while resolving client issues.
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to recommend product improvements.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet client specifications.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (textile/apparel preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Bengali a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally; based in/near Kolkata.
