Job Description

Position – New Build Acquisition Associate

 

Location – Kolkata, Siliguri , Darjeeling, Gangtok

 

Qualification – Graduate in Regular Collage.

 

Bike and Licence is must

 

Role & responsibilities:~

Gated Community Society site meeting with stakeholders for identification of sites Municipal office visits and meeting with councilors and Chairman for identification of sites and hold site resolution.Meeting with landowners wherein negotiations and counselling is required. Meeting in police stations along with OSD for site resolution Proactive approach in high rise buildings, hospitals, Govt Properties for installation of Indus telecom purpose Ensuring compliance with all required documentation to facilitate the release of first rent.

 

Experience: Any sales background with proper market knowledge.

Salary: Up to – 3.60 Lacs CTC
