Job Title: Sales Executive – HORECA (Vegetables & Perishables)

About the Company: We are a growing sourcing and logistics platform focused on simplifying procurement for the food and e-commerce industries in India. We specialize in supplying high-quality fresh produce—including staples like potatoes and onions, dairy (eggs), and premium exotic vegetables—to restaurants and cloud kitchens.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new restaurants, cafes, and hotels (HORECA) to our supply network.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Restaurant Owners and Purchase Managers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • KYC & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including the collection of mandatory KYC documents and outlet-specific details.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and availability for core items like eggs, onions, and exotic greens to keep our offerings competitive.
  • Order Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that daily orders meet the quality standards and delivery timelines required by professional kitchens.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in SMB Sales or the FMCG/Food Service, HORECA industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the quality standards for both bulk staples (Potato/Onion) and high-value exotic vegetables.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Kolkata restaurant landscape and local wholesale markets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to use digital tools and apps for reporting and order management.
