Field Sales Executive (Fixed Salary + TA + Incentive)

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses and introduce our Website & WhatsApp Lead Solution services

• Meet Coaching Centers, Clinics, CA Firms, Insurance Advisors, Travel Agencies and other local businesses

• Generate leads through field visits and direct business outreach

• Collect client orders and coordinate with the team

• Follow up with prospective clients

Important:

• This is a field sales role.

• Candidates will be responsible for generating their own leads through local market visits and business networking.

• Training, marketing materials, sales scripts and business support will be provided by the company.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹7,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

• Travel Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

Language Requirement:

• Bengali language proficiency preferred

• Ability to communicate in Hindi and/or English will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidates:

• Previous sales, marketing or field sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory

• Candidates interested in building a long-term career in sales
