HR Admin Executive

Job Title: Night Shift Operations & HR Lead (BPO)

Location: TARATALLA WEBEL HRDC

Shift Timing: Permanent Night Shift

5 days working (no exceptions during business-critical periods)

Role Summary

This is a high-ownership role responsible for independently running night

shift BPO operations along with full-cycle HR and administrative control.

The candidate will act as the single point of authority during the night

shift and will be accountable for performance, discipline, and issue

resolution promptly.

Core Responsibilities

1. Complete Shift Ownership

Take full control of end-to-end night shift operations

Ensure zero disruption in client deliverables and SLAs

Make real-time decisions

Submit accurate daily MIS, productivity, and incident reports without fail

2. Strict Performance Management

Monitor agent productivity, login hours, and output rigorously

Identify underperformance and take immediate corrective action

Implement disciplinary actions where required (late coming, absenteeism, low

productivity)

3. HR Control (Execution-Focused)

Handle attendance, rostering, and manpower planning independently

Conduct screening interviews and ensure fast closure of open positions

Own onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities

Address grievances firmly while maintaining operational discipline

Maintain complete HR data accuracy (no errors tolerated)

4. Administrative Authority

Ensure strict office discipline during night hours

Take ownership of infrastructure, system uptime, and coordination with IT

Handle emergency situations (system failure, absenteeism spikes, client

escalation)

Ensure compliance with company policies at all times

5. Escalation & Crisis Handling

Act as the final escalation point during the shift

Maintain calm, control, and authority during high-pressure situations

Non-Negotiable Expectations

Punctuality and availability are critical - no habitual late coming or

absenteeism

Must be comfortable working permanently in night shift

Must demonstrate ownership mindset - not a task-based attitude

Ability to handle pressure, conflict, and team issues firmly

No dependency on constant supervision

Required Skills

Strong command over people management and discipline enforcement

Excellent verbal and written communication

High attention to detail (especially reporting & HR records)

Strong decision-making under pressure

Hands-on experience with BPO operations metrics (SLA, AHT, productivity,

etc.)

Experience & Qualification

Graduate (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory if experienced)

Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in BPO operations/HR

Proven experience in handling teams independently in night shift
