RHS Engineering Services is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. We are seeking candidates who are eager to learn, passionate about communication, and interested in building a career in technical/software sales.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or customer handling will be given preference.

Candidates from Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mining Engineering backgrounds will have an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Coordinate with customers regarding software, engineering, and technology solutions
• Support the sales team in quotation follow-ups and customer communication
• Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly
• Arrange meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them internally
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
• Confidence in handling customer conversations
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Preferred Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Production, Mining, or related engineering fields
• Prior experience in inside sales or telecalling will be preferred
