Job Description

⚠️ This is a SALES role. Not a customer support role.

VILLASA is a premium villa brand in Kolkata. We have 25+ villas across India. We get inbound leads on WhatsApp. Your job: close them.

🎯 What you'll do:

  • Handle 15–25 inbound guest inquiries per day on WhatsApp
  • Quote prices, negotiate, close bookings (₹15K – ₹80K+ values)
  • Follow up on yesterday's open quotes
  • Coordinate with property staff

✅ You fit if:

  • You've done inside sales, telesales, or pre-sales (travel / real estate / edtech / membership / insurance — any B2C sales is fine)
  • You're comfortable with pricing conversations
  • You write fast on WhatsApp in English + Hindi
  • You're in Kolkata

❌ You don't fit if:

  • You're from customer support with no sales target
  • You're afraid of pricing pushback
  • You need a script for everything
