Hiring International Process (Blended & Voice)
Location: Kolkata
Role: International Blended Process & Voice Process
Salary (In-hand): ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries via calls, chats, and emails
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company processes and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in international BPO/voice process preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication can also apply
