Outbound Sales Executive – Job Description

Location: Kolkata

Shift: Night Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to international clients/customers
  • Generate leads and close sales effectively
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
  • Requirements:Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Outbound/International Sales
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Comfortable working in night shifts
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools preferred
