Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to join our growing real estate sales company in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Handle lead generation, client follow-ups and site visit coordination
• Train and mentor sales executives for better performance and conversions
• Develop sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience
• Monitor daily sales activities, reporting, and team productivity
• Coordinate with management for project updates and sales planning

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in team handling and sales leadership
• Strong knowledge of Kolkata real estate market (especially Rajarhat, New Town, and surrounding areas preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver consistent results
