Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming phone calls professionally
* Call leads and explain our dance academy & event services
* Follow up with students, parents & clients
* Manage admissions inquiry and registrations
* Maintain daily call records and customer database
* Welcome visitors and manage front desk activities
* Coordinate class schedules and appointments
* Handle WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram inquiries
* Support event bookings and promotional activities
* Maintain positive communication with clients and students

Required Skills:
* Good communication skill in Bengali, Hindi & basic English
* Smart, confident & professional personality
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheet)
* Strong convincing and telecalling skill
* Positive attitude and team management ability
* Experience in telecalling/reception preferred
* Fresher with good communication can also apply
