Job Description – Operations ManagerAbout the Role

Benfish is looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of four restaurant outlets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality and service standards, managing teams, and driving business performance across all locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of four restaurant outlets.

• Ensure consistent food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Monitor sales, profitability, food costs, labour costs, and inventory.
• Lead, train, and supervise Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with food safety, statutory, and company regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, procurement, HR, and finance departments.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
• Experience RequiredMinimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations.
• At least 2 years of experience managing multiple restaurant outlets.
• Experience in QSR, casual dining, or hospitality is preferred.
• Skills RequiredStrong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management.
• Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant POS/reporting systems.
