Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to the leads provided by the organization.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets by converting prospective leads into enrolled students.
- Understand the academic requirements and career goals of prospective students and parents.
- Counsel and convince prospective students and parents to take admission into suitable courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, fee structure, class schedules, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Draft and send professional emails to prospective students, institutions, and clients whenever required.
- Coordinate with the academic and counselling team for smooth admission processing.
- Generate new leads by visiting schools, colleges, coaching institutes, educational fairs, and other institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and colleges for continuous lead generation.
- Respond professionally to inquiries received through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain confidentiality of student data and organizational information.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Technical SkillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of writing professional emails.
- Ability to maintain lead databases and prepare reports.
- Basic computer proficiency and internet usage.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline(Prefered bba bcom with specalization of marketing & sales)
- Experience 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Counselling, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Sales are encouraged to apply.
Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on qualification, skills, and interview performance)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Passion for sales and achieving admission targets.
- Willingness to travel locally to schools and colleges for lead generation.
- Professional attitude with excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple leads efficiently and work under deadlines.
