Sales Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

All Star is looking for driven and self-motivated Sales Executives to manage and grow business in and around Siliguri and Kolkata. This is a field-based role that requires regular client visits, relationship building, and consistent target achievement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory

• Visit prospective and existing clients regularly to present products and services

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up

• Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer needs

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and after-sales support

• Represent the company professionally at all client interactions

REQUIREMENTS

• Any graduate degree (mandatory)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel within and around Siliguri as required

• Basic proficiency in writing and verbal communication in English, Hindi and/or Bengali.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

• Freshers with a strong drive to build a career in sales are welcome

COMPENSATION

• Fixed: Rs. 15,000/- per month

• Incentive: 1% on fulfilled sales

• Travel reimbursement as per company policy
