We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to drive team performance while consistently achieving business targets.

• Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates.
• Track individual and team KPIs and provide actionable feedback.
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

• Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling within a sales environment.
• Experience in BPO Sales, Website Sales, Software Sales, Upselling, or Banking Sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Qualification🎓 Graduate in any discipline.
• Preferred Candidate Proven track record of achieving team sales targets.
• Experience managing a team of 15+ sales executives.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
