Job Description
Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Kolkata (Open to Relocation)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction/site activities to ensure work is completed on time
- Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (construction/infrastructure)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety practices
- Ability to manage teams and handle on-site issues
- Willingness to relocate if required
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Site Supervision, Vendor Management and Labor Management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
