Job Description
We are looking for a Architect to join our team at AAAPRASAD GROUP to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹50000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.
- Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.
- Source materials and manage vendor coordination.
- Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
- Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/ B.TECH and 5 - 6 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3D Max (VRAY, CORRONA) and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
