Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our team in a multi-functional role involving operations, coordination, business outreach, product presentations, and program execution. This role is suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, interacting with people, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR and administrative operations

Coordinate across teams and ensure smooth execution of tasks

Initiate business outreach and contribute to sales conversations

Deliver product presentations and support program execution

Candidate Profile:

Strong communication and presentation skills

Comfortable with a flexible and evolving work environment

Mandatory willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements

Interest in client interaction, outreach, and sales-oriented activities

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Should be comfortable managing work-related travel responsibilities with necessary personal support arrangements

Experience & Compensation:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and fit)

Work Environment:

Hybrid role at present, moving towards full-time office-based

As a startup, work hours may be flexible depending on project needs and timelines

Travel & Work Commitment:

This role involves frequent work-related travel across locations

Candidates are expected to be fully available for official responsibilities during travel assignments

Personal accompaniment during official travel is not part of the role structure
