We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Tally Operator cum Office Executive for our steel retail and trading business located in Maniktala, Kolkata.
Responsibilities
Create sales bills and invoices in Tally Prime
Enter purchase bills and maintain records
Maintain customer and supplier accounts
Coordinate deliveries with customers and transporters
Handle customer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Maintain stock and office records
Perform basic Excel and computer work
Support day-to-day office operations
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Tally Prime
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers
Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi
Honest, responsible and willing to learn
B.Com, Commerce background, or Tally course preferred

Location: Maniktala, Kolkata
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
