Job Responsibilities Technical Academic Content Writers

1)    All ACWs need to write plagiarism-free, errorless content with good grammar and quality.

2)    All ACWs need to maintain their attendance properly, regular late logins and taking leaves regularly, and otherwise it will impact negatively on ACWs employment.

3)    Frequent Absenteeism cases may even put ACW’s employment on hold.

4)    Within 1 month from joining date, All ACWs need to write 3000 words + reworks. If not allocated accordingly, ACWs can seek for proper allocations to concerned authorities. Otherwise it will impact negatively on ACWs employment.

5)    All ACWs need to complete all the given fresh jobs and reworks within the given deadline. In any situation, ACWs need to extend deadline, they need to seek extension in portal with proper justification to the concerned authorities.

6)    All ACWs must be flexible to work with all the shifts available in the organization; it will impact positively on promotion of ACWs.

7)    ACWs will be on spot terminated in case of any freelancing activities found. (Refer to clause 14 (h) in your offer letter.

8)    All ACWs must behave professionally with all your colleagues inside as well as outside of the workplace. For any issues, ACWs can fill up complaint form in the portal against the concerned person

9)    ACWs cannot participate in any social media groups related to Web Content Writing, Academic Content Writing and Medical Transcription without presence of CEO/Admins or CHs. ACWs must not indulge into any such social media groups or discussions related to our company or discussing about the company even about the job role as well.

10) All ACWs are hereby instructed not to do any single job allocation outside of Portal. Rather they are instructed to fill up a compliant form against the concerned person on the same day as well as mail to admin with proper screenshots.

11) Working hours for all ACWs will be:

a)    Day Shift: 10 AM to 5:30 PM | Break Time: 1:30 PM to 2 PM

No works will be allocated to any ACW after abovementioned office hours.

12) On the joining date, new joinees must fill up the ‘Education during Employment’ form in the HRM portal for any upcoming exams. They must carry a suitable document as the proof for examination along with documents of any existing course (If any).

13) In case, you need to enroll for a new course after joining in the organization, he/she needs to seek permission to the admin before joining in the course since this is a full time job.

14) An ACW if required may seek transfer to other branch locations for the same post by sending an email request for the same to Admin and JAM. The management will make decision depending upon the vacancies available in the requested branch.

15) An ACW may get transferred to other teams/ branches as and when required either in the same position or may be in next designation. Refer to clause 1 and 2 in the offer letter.

N.B: All roles and responsibilities are based on current scenario; any time management can change or update the above mentioned ones without any concern with any designation.
