Your Role in our MissionAs a Grievance Cell Associate, you will be the first point of contact for citizens across the state. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Listening with Care: Receiving incoming calls from citizens regarding their concerns and grievances.
• Being the Bridge: Accurately logging these details into the official system so the government can take action.
• Providing Assurance: Helping people feel heard and respected during their time of need.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking kind-hearted individuals who meet the following:

• Language Skills: You must be fluent in Bengali (spoken and written). Decent English skills are a plus for system entries.
• Communication: A polite, patient, and helpful telephone manner.
• Tech-Friendly: Basic computer skills to navigate our grievance portal.
• Heart for Service: A genuine desire to help the people of West Bengal.
