Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales. This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are passionate about building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer concerns and maximize outcomes


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (B.Com preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
