Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from property portals, ads, walk-ins, and referrals.

Assess prospects based on budget, location preference, and purchase intent.

Articulate project details, amenities, location advantages, and pricing to clients.

Schedule property visit and coordinate with the on-ground sales teams.

Engage leads through consistent follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages.

Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to log client interactions and lead status.
