Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining products and services, following up on inquiries, and supporting the sales process to achieve business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
