Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve existing applications. Collaboration with different teams and managing multiple client projects are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions meet evolving business needs effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- Experience in managing cloud resources, including compute, storage, and networking components within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices to ensure secure deployment and operation of applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues to maintain high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud infrastructure management tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
