Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software development with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software reliability.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
