SAP GRC Process Control (PC) & Risk Management (RM) – Level 9 (Team Lead)
Summary:
As an SAP GRC Process Control (PC) & Risk Management (RM) Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise governance, risk, and compliance initiatives through implementation, configuration, monitoring, and operational support of SAP GRC solutions. You will work closely with business, compliance, audit, and technical teams to execute risk assessments, compliance monitoring activities, workflow management, incident tracking, and governance reporting across enterprise processes.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management capabilities including compliance workflows, risk assessments, KRIs, remediation tracking, dashboarding, reporting, incident management, and governance operations to support secure, compliant, and risk-aware business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME in assigned GRC capabilities.
Support team decisions and contribute to governance and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution of enterprise risk and compliance activities.
Configure and support SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management functionalities based on business requirements.
Support enterprise risk assessments, risk scoring, KRI monitoring, and risk reporting activities.
Execute workflow configurations for approvals, assessments, escalations, remediation tracking, and compliance processes.
Assist in compliance library management, self-declaration cycles, and regulatory obligation tracking.
Monitor non-compliance cases, remediation activities, and incident management processes.
Support risk analytics, dashboard reporting, and heatmap generation for operational and management reporting.
Coordinate with business and audit stakeholders for issue resolution, governance reporting, and control monitoring.
Assist in integration and automation initiatives between SAP GRC and enterprise systems.
Ensure proper documentation, audit trails, and governance controls are maintained.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for risk and compliance process optimization.

Familiarity with incident management, non-compliance tracking, and governance monitoring.
Knowledge of compliance libraries, self-declarations, and regulatory governance practices.
Ability to analyze business requirements and provide SAP GRC-based solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7-9 years of experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC).
Experience in SAP GRC Process Control and Risk Management support/implementation projects is preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise governance, compliance, and operational risk processes is an added advantage.
This position is based at our Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi/NCR location.
A 15 years full-time education is required.
