As a Platinum Banker in Business Banking, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value business clients. Your role is to build and nurture these relationships, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored financial solutions. You will be expected to proactively reach out to potential clients, conduct thorough needs analyses, and offer customized banking products and services to meet their requirements. Your success will be measured by the growth and satisfaction of your client base, as well as the achievement of set sales targets.- Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking clients through proactive outbound efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses for each client to understand their financial requirements.
- Offer tailored banking solutions, including loans, deposits, and other financial products, to meet client needs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new banking products to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- Participate in branch initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to enhance your ability to serve clients effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business banking or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant banking software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
