SAP Billing Executive

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator / MIS Executive with SAP or ERP knowledge to manage inventory records and warehouse documentation for a cold storage warehouse.

The candidate will be responsible for accurate SAP data entry, inventory record maintenance, shipment processing, and stock reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Data Entry Operator -
2. Enter and maintain inventory stock data in SAP / ERP system
3. ERP Data Entry -
4. Perform accurate data entry operations in ERP / SAP,
5. Maintain digital inventory records
6. Warehouse Inventory Management -
7. Enter and manage stock arrivals and dispatch records ,
8. Maintain stock ledger and inventory records
9. Shipment Processing -
10. Process shipments in system,
11. Generate E-Way Bills ,
12. Maintain dispatch documentation
13. Documentation & File Management -
14. Maintain inventory documents,
15. PODs,
16. dispatch records ,
17. Proper file handling,
18. scanning documents,
19. document preparation
20. Stock Audit Support
21. Prepare stock audit reports
22. Support internal inventory verification
23. MIS Reporting
24. Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets
25. Office Administration
26. Stationery management
27. Maintain office records
