Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers via calls for overdue payments
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues
  • Achieve daily/monthly collection targets (DRR)
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Update collection status in CRM/software
