Job Description

Core Responsibilities:


🚀 Hiring: Cluster Head – Vehicle Finance


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive New & Used Vehicle Finance business.

- Lead and manage sales teams across the assigned cluster.

- Develop dealer, DSA, and channel partner network.

- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.

- Monitor portfolio quality and support collections.

- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.


Eligibility:


- Minimum 1 year of experience in Vehicle Finance.

- Experience in NBFC, Bank, DSA, or Fintech preferred.

- Strong leadership, sales, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
