Job Description

  • Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including inward, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch. Ensure timely processing and dispatch of all marketplace purchase orders.
  • Marketplace Operations: Handle dispatches for Blinkit, Amazon, and Flipkart according to each platform's SOPs. Ensure compliance with marketplace packaging, labeling, appointment scheduling, and shipment requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP. Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Team Management: Allocate daily tasks and monitor individual performance. Plan manpower according to business volume and seasonal demand.
  • Coordination: Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Customer Support, Logistics, and Accounts teams. Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely shipment pickups and deliveries.
