Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor who will guide prospective and current students in selecting the right courses and career paths. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and enquiries
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures
• Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
• Maintain student database and update CRM regularly
• Assist students throughout the admission process
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
• Resolve student queries and concerns professionally
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Positive attitude and student-centric approach
• Qualifications:Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
• Preferred Experience:Experience in education, EdTech, or counselling roles is a plus
