Admission Counsellor cum TeleSales ExecutiveJob DescriptionWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor cum TeleSales Executive to join our team.

The role involves counselling potential students over calls, explaining our Stock Market Learning Courses, and guiding them through the admission process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling ability, and the confidence to convert leads into admissions.

Note: This is an admission-focused sales role with performance expectations, but there are no hard sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to interested leads and explain stock market courses clearly.
• Counsel students and understand their learning goals, career plans, and financial expectations.
• Guide prospects through course details, benefits, and admission process.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up regularly with potential students.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up notes in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, admissions, and feedback.
• Ensure a positive and supportive counselling experience for every prospect.

RequirementsEducation12th Pass (Required)

ExperienceMinimum 6 months experience in:

• Admission Counselling / Telecalling / Sales / Customer Service
• Skills RequiredStrong counselling and sales communication skills
• Ability to explain education/courses confidently
• Persuasion and objection-handling ability
• Good listening skills and patience
• CRM handling (preferred)
• Interest in finance/stock market (preferred)
• LanguagesHindi (Required)
• Basic English (Required)
