Position-Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales (PPF Division)
Base Location-Lucknow
TerritoryThe candidate will be responsible for business development across:
- Lucknow
- Kanpur
- Prayagraj (Allahabad)
- Varanasi (Banaras)
- Nearby assigned territories
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities for Paint Protection Film (PPF) products.
- Visit automobile dealerships, detailing studios, body shops, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain the features and benefits of PPF solutions.
- Identify new dealers/distributors and expand the company's dealer network.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Eligibility CriteriaMale candidates preferred.
- Experience in the Automobile, Car Care, Accessories, PPF, Ceramic Coating, Lubricants, or Automotive Aftermarket industry will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable personality.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a bike.

- Customer relationship management.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
