Job DescriptionNext Move India is hiring Business Sales Managers in Lucknow for the Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP) and Real Estate vertical.

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented sales professionals with strong local market knowledge and established connections with Loan DSAs, Real Estate Brokers, Property Dealers, Channel Partners and Builders.

• Key Responsibilities / KRAGenerate business through DSAs, channel partners, property brokers, real estate agents and builders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Loan DSA and Real Estate Channel Partners.
• Generate qualified leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Identify new business opportunities across the Lucknow market.
• Regularly meet, activate and manage existing and potential channel partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, operations and processing teams for smooth case movement.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.
• Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
• Expand the local DSA and channel partner network.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.

• Candidate Requirements6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Candidates from Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC or Real Estate backgrounds preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Lucknow local market.
• Existing connections with DSAs, property brokers, real estate agents, builders or channel partners will be highly preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong business development and target-achievement orientation.
• Ability to generate business through local market networking.
• Candidates with an established local business network will have an advantage.

SalaryUp to ₹5.5 LPA, depending on experience, market knowledge and existing business network.
