Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Telesales, Operations, MIS, and Support functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience in bulk hiring and target-based recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
• QualificationGraduate or MBA (HR) preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BFSI, Fintech, or Sales hiring will be preferred.
